This Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use and does not contain all rules related to personal data processing. Some rules are regulated in the Data Processing Agreement and concern the processing of personal data by us on behalf of our corporate clients in connection with their use of the Application.

If you do not agree with the provisions of this Privacy Policy, please refrain from using our Application and website.

If your organisation grants you access to the Application, we process your data based on the Data Processing Agreement with your organisation and under the Terms of Use.

Legal basis: contract; legitimate interest.

We collect data generated during your use of the Application, including:
• connection dates and methods,
• IP address and approximate location,
• files and data uploaded to the Application,
• device type, browser and operating system information,
• interactions (likes, comments, posts),
• log data.

The Application also uses cookies – see Cookie Policy.

6. Data Retention

6.1. Website data

We store your data only for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes, such as responding to your inquiry or until you withdraw your consent or object to marketing activities. After that, data may be stored for purposes of establishing or defending claims.

6.2. Application data (Users)

We store User data for the term resulting from the contractual obligations under the Terms of Use.
User data is stored until the User Account is deleted by the administrator of the Registration Account.

Data uploaded to the Application is retained for 30 days following deletion, during which it may be restored or archived. After this period, the data is irreversibly deleted.

6.3. Subscription and administrative data

Stored for the duration of contractual obligations and further for the period required by accounting and tax regulations.

7. Data Transfers Outside the EEA

We use Google Workspace and other third party tools whose servers may be located outside the EEA.

Where data is transferred to countries without an adequate level of data protection, we and our data importers use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
